I was never obese as a child. In fact I was very, very slim. My handle was “bones”. When I finished secondary school, my life became very inactive. I obtained 20 weight within many years.

Following any diet strategy can be difficult to follow but these 8 tips will help you succeed!

1. Eat what you want to eat the night before you begin your diet

Cravings are one of the challenging things to deal with when on a low carbs food diet strategy. Create sure you control the desire to eat great carbs foods by taking the day before to eat a wide range of your preferred foods. This will keep you from thinking of that one last food with foods that will be limited on what you eat strategy.

2. Have your kitchen and fridge stocked
